Our philosophy has been if the accounting system fits 90% of your needs then we program the 10% plus to meet
specific company needs. Once we've added the additional 10% and you realize the benefits of this approach you’ll
want to do more as you see your effeciency increase.
It has been our experience that many companies rely on spreadsheets to do the “hard’ work and input the
data into the accounting system. To help the company become more efficient we modify our fully
programmable accounting systems to improve data entry, data verification and streamline tasks.
In addition for some scenarios we write separate applications that replace the complicated spreadsheet. Data is
used from the accounting system and the custom application has its own database.
For other accounting-systems or data-processing systems where companies cannot modify or add data, only extract data. We
read the data from those systems (can be more than one data source) and bring the information together to accomplish
a task the complex spreadsheet does.
